Your Application - Step by Step

When you apply to Newcastle Homes your application will be managed by us. There are a few steps that you will need to take to assist us to process your application as quickly as possible.


Step 1

Submit an application by following the instructions in How to Apply.


Step 2

Provide us with the information detailed in Supporting Information. You can upload documents by following the instructions in the How to Upload Documents or through the contact details provided on the Contact Us page


Step 3

We will contact you to let you know if we need any more information from you and to let you know whether your application has been successful.


Step 4

If your application is successful you will be able to start bidding for properties. You can bid for up to three properties each week. You don't have to use all of your bids but if you don't bid for properties that meet your needs it may affect your priority band.


Step 5

If you bid for a property and are top of the shortlist, and meet any additional criteria that may apply, you will be contacted and offered the property.
