Registered Providers Policies
Some registered providers will make offers of properties in accordance with Newcastle City Council's Lettings and Allocations policy. Other registered providers will make offers in accordance with their own allocations policies.
If you disagree with a decision made by a registered provider you will need to make a complaint directly to them in most cases. If you are not sure who you need to submit a complaint to you can check this with Your Homes Newcastle.
