Our Housing Plus Team manage supported housing schemes for customers with a learning disability or autism.

The Supported Living developments are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that customers can receive the support they need to live safe and independent lives.

Their community clusters provide a higher level of support during the day and night. Customers live in their own bungalow with care staff onsite to help with 24 hour care, planning and making decisions.

The Housing Plus - Supported Living service also also provide housing management services to mental health rehabilitation and crisis flats in Newcastle.

They work closely with families and other key partners, such as Leazes Homes, care providers and Adult Social Care, to support independent living, reduce social isolation and actively promote health and wellbeing.

Each of our Supported Living developments have been purpose-built to the highest standard and offer spacious one and two bedroom apartments with 24-hour emergency call systems and staff support available 24 hours a day.
