If you decide that you no longer want to be re-housed thorugh Newcastle Homes you can close your account by following the steps below.
Step 1
Login to your account. The link will open in a new page.
Step 2
Click on 'My Account'.
Step 3
In the Social Housing section click on 'Request closure'.
Step 4
You will be asked whether you want to 'Confirm Closure' or 'Cancel'- By selecting Confirm your application will close.
